Dean of the Faculty of Pre-University Training in accordance with the Regulation on the Faculty of Pre-University Training. Responsibilities include:

• Directly managing the functioning of the Faculty of Pre-University Training, ensuring the fulfilment of tasks and functions assigned to the Faculty of Pre-University Training
• Ensuring the compliance of the Faculty of Pre-University Training with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Charter and HSE bylaws, the implementation of HSE governing body decisions, orders, instructions of HSE University and the instructions of the university administration
• Ensuring optimal conditions at workplaces to facilitate highly productive, high-quality work
• Supervising employees’ compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Charter and HSE bylaws, including HSE Internal Regulations, occupational Health and Safety rules, Fire Safety
• Resolving issues of financial and logistical support of the Faculty of Pre-University Training
• Ensuring the fulfilment of obligations under Independent Contractor Agreements concluded by HSE, under which the work (services) is completed (provided) by employees and engaged specialists of the Faculty of Pre-University Training
• Providing suggestions to the coordinating manager on improving the functioning of the Faculty of Pre-University Training, increasing the efficiency of its activities, on the staffing table of the Faculty of Pre-University Training, as well as on hiring, transferring, dismissing, rewarding and penalising employees of the Faculty of Pre-University Training
• Defining the job descriptions of the Faculty of Pre-University Training staff and submitting them to the coordinating manager for approval
• Representing HSE University in matters concerning the activities of the Faculty of Pre-University Training with public authorities, local administration bodies, organisations and institutions
• Accounting of the incomings accrued and expenditures incurred by the Faculty of Pre-University Training for the abovementioned services (completed work)
• Monitoring publications and updating information on the Faculty of Pre-University Training website within the HSE University website
• Managing documents in accordance with the established procedure at HSE University
• Performing other responsibilities in accordance with HSE bylaws
