HSE University and VK ‘Prostor’ Platform Launch Joint Programme in Music Management
HSE Art and Design School and VK's ‘Prostor’ platform have launched a joint educational course for those who dream of organising sold-out concerts and leading musicians to success. Participants on the free intensive courses of the music management programme ‘Prostor’ x ‘Sound Art and Sound Design’ will learn how to promote musicians, organise concerts, communicate with labels and launch collaborations with brands.
The programme’s curators, Alexey Nikolaev, head of the Insimple Bureau, and Alexey Rozhkov, creator of the RNDM CREW creative association, will help students to become immersed in the music business. They have worked with Nina Kraviz, Tesla Boy, Therr Maitz, Manisha, Feduk, OG Buda, MAYOT and many others. HSE Art and Design School representatives from the ‘Sound Art and Sound Design’ programme, Evgeny Voronovsky and Anna Shelepova, will supervise the course.
The finalists will take part in an intensive course, get feedback from the curators and compete for the opportunity to participate in a week-long offline workshop in Moscow, where they will see how the industry works from the inside. In addition, the winners will have the opportunity to take an internship at FMT.Jetlag or RNDM CREW, and also attract the attention of the VK Records label! At the end of the training, participants will get the certificates from HSE Art and Design School.
The programme starts with some introductory lectures to help you get an overview of the industry. After this, intensive work with the curators will begin. To enrol on the course, please fill out an application form and complete the test task by November 16th.
